Bespoke Design is a little longer process than choosing a pre-existing collection suite, but this time is spent getting to know you and your vision then developing ideas and hand-made elements from scratch.

We can find inspiration for your stationery everywhere - from the internet (Pinterest and Instagram are the perfect place to start) to other wedding elements; the dress, the cake, the florals and the venue! You can share you Pinterest board with us in the enquiry form below and we can discuss your inspiration during our initial consultation, over the phone or in person.

Make sure you browse the embellishments and printing methods pages to get an idea of what we offer. However, we will work with you and your budget to develop new techniques and finishing touches to set your stationery apart.

After our consultation, we will create a package that works for your vision and budget. We will then send you a couple of things to get started:
1. An invoice for the non-refundable Design Fee.
2. Our Terms & Conditions which are to be read, signed and returned.
3. A Wording Submission Form for you to fill out with your stationery wording.
All of the above must be completed prior to the commencement of any design work.
DESIGN AND REVISIONS
We will put together 3–4 design concepts for your invitation via PDF for your review. You will be able to mix and match elements from each concept to refine one design. Once you are 100% happy with your invitation design, we will continue the design aesthetic through to your additional cards, envelopes and embellishments.
Initial invitation concepts design time: 14 working days
Five rounds of changes are included in your design fee. We ask that you provide your feedback in the form of a single concise list, referring to particular concepts by the number or version we have stated in the Design Proof PDF. After submitting your changes, revisions typically take 1–3 working days to prepare depending on the complexity of the change. For additional revisions, extra fees apply.
Once you are happy (actually, over the moon) with the final design, you’ll confirm your quantities, upgrades and postage address in a form to authorise the printing and production process to begin!
04. PRINTING AND PRODUCTION
Once we have received your authorisation and full payment has been made, your artwork will be sent off to production!
Digital Printing: 7–10 working days
Specialty Printing: 10–15 working days
Assembly of your stationery (optional): 3–5 working days
05. DELIVERY OF YOUR STATIONERY
Once your stationery has been printed, we check each print by hand and carefully package your stationery for you.
If you have selected for us to assemble your stationery, we will add your chosen embellishments (such as ribbon or wax seals) prior to us putting your invitations in their envelopes for you. All you’ll need to do is seal and stamp the envelope for the post man. It’s at this point your guests start receiving their invitation and it all becomes real!
All stationery being posted is packaged with care and delivered via trackable Australia Post or TNT.
Domestic Shipping and Handling: $20 – $40 AUD (1 – 2 business days)
International Shipping and Handling: $50 – $100 AUD (6 – 10 business days)
Pick-up of your stationery is also available for local Sydney clients.
